Wellness company Cellular Goods has appointed Nikhil Vijayan in the newly created role of chief supply chain officer as it seeks to reduce its cost base.
Vijayan has more than 14 years of experience with companies such as Procter & Gamble and Deloitte.
“His appointment as chief supply chain officer is a great step towards achieving our growth plans,” said chief executive Anna Chokina.
“He brings a wealth of experience in developing and managing supply chains for global consumer brands. His expertise will not only ensure that we can continue delivering high-quality products to our customers, but it will also be key to the successful launch of new products this year and beyond."
Cellular Goods is a wellness company that produces premium consumer products formulated with lab-made cannabinoids.
In a related development, Cellular Goods chief operating officer Eric Chang will leave on April 15 after 14 months with the business.
Chang will not be replaced.
