UK fragrance manufacturer Carvansons is relocating its fragrance design and manufacturing facility to a new site at Knowsley Park Way in Haslingden, Lancashire, in February.
This came as a result of ten years of growth that meant that the company has outgrown its current site near Bury. The new 5,760 m2 site includes advanced perfumery laboratories, office and meeting rooms and customer perfume sampling and smelling zones, plus a 4,650 m2 perfume manufacturing and warehousing facility.
“This will enable the company to expand current production capacity, whilst future-proofing the business moving forwards,” Carvansons said.
Family-run since being founded 80 years ago, Carvansons create fragrances and perfumes for products including fine fragrances, perfumes and personal care. It exports 60% of their product and has subsidiaries and affiliates in many countries worldwide.
