The Jungbunzlauer Group has announced that Bruno Tremblay has been appointed as its CEO from 1 May. This follows a decision by existing CEO Tom Knutzen to retire after nearly ten years in the role, although he will remain a board member at the firm
A French national, Tremblay has spent most of his career in what is now Bayer CropScience and was formerly part of in Rhône Poulenc and then Aventis. Since 2018, he had been based in Basel, Switzerland, as EVP of the EMEA region, accountable for a business with $4 billion in sales and 6,000 staff.
