Solvay is adding two new grades of its Jaguar range of guar-based polymers, both inherently ultimately biodegradable. Jaguare C500 STD and Jaguar HP-8 COS SGI are based on beans sourced from India through the company’s Sustainable Guar Initiative.
These, Solvay said, “will enable formulators to produce beauty care solutions with superior benefits and desirable biodegradability claims thereby responding to both stringent global regulations and the changing expectations of consumers searching for more responsible, sustainable product”.
