Azelis has signed an agreement to acquire the Greater China operations of Ingredients Plus, including its holding company in Hong Kong and its subsidiaries in Shanghai and Guangzhou, including ideation and application laboratories. The deal should close at the end of August.
The company said that Ingredients Plus China both strengthens its product portfolio and enhances the position of its Chinese operation in the personal care industry, which was established when it acquired Cosbond and Bronson & Jacobs in 2020. The 40 employees will transfer to Azelis.
