Meeting the skin’s nutritional needs the Nordic way

The cosmetics market is awash with moisturising and anti-ageing creams, and as a consumer it can be hard to navigate in the jungle. Q for Skin has introduced a series of unique products based on ingredients indigenous to the Nordic countries aimed at addressing the skin’s nutritional needs and combatting dryness.

Many of our consumers lead fast paced lives in an urban environment, which places a demand on skin care products to produce a visible and tangible effect.

To test how our products meet these demands, Q for Skin conducted a pilot study which aimed to answer the following questions: Can a cream with a high concentration of active ingredients provide visible improvements in skin for both men and women, be mild enough to be applied to sensitive skin, and be versatile enough to be used for different purposes and on different types of skin as a multifunctional product? Also, is it possible to create a synergy effect when using a topical cream in tandem with a dietary supplement containing high amounts of omega-3 from Nordic lingonberry seed oil?
