Extracts from polar plants utilised

Cosmetic actives supplier Greentech has introduced five skin care formulations based on extracts from polar plants. Neige Fondante is a skin illuminating formulation based on Arctic wild berries and Rhodiola.

Arctic wild berries and Rhodiola’s cryoextracts give protective and anti-radicular properties to this new texture in order to fight oxidative stress and cutaneous ageing. Cristal Boreal is based on seaweed and blackberry in a detoxifying mask-cream format.

This transparent emulsion combines boreal algae and blackberries with revitalising and toning properties to detoxify skin.

Frisson Polaire is a soothing and decongestant stick format. Especially designed to soothe overheated areas, this stick has an icy effect to diffuse redness and tingling.

It contains Eskimo tea essential oil, a vasoconstrictor and decongestant, infused with Canadian Saint-John’s Berry and Cariciline. Mousse Iceberg is a moisturising foamcream which contains soothing Iceland moss.

Aurore Boreale is an Antarctic seaweed remineralising and flavouring double phase water. Enhanced with mother-of-pearl and iced-flower perfume, it protects skin from free radicals thanks to Antarctic algae.
