COLOR CHANGING
Preparation:
Disperse white pigment into macadamia oil under stirring with a Rayneri. (Adjust speed to obtain a vortex) – Disperse Covathick 2009 into the water phase under stirring with a Rayneri. – Premix pigments of phase C with a coffee mill and add them to phase B under stirring with a rayneri. Once dispersed, mix For 1 minute with an ultra-turrax at 13,500 rounds per minutes. Add phase D to combined phase BC under stirring with the Rayneri. Heat phase A and combined phase BCD to 60°C. Be careful not to overheat. Quickly add combined phase BCD into phase A under moderate stirring (a too high shear may develop a little bit the colour). Add Phase E under stirring with a Rayneri. Continue stirring for 5 minutes. Pour into the final packaging at between 50°C and 55°C.Notes:
