Procedure Heat phase A up to 78°C. Disperse Keltrol. Heat phase B to 78°C. Emulsify phase B to A under stirring. Homogenise for 1-2 min. using an Ultra Turrax. Cool down to 30°C under stirring. Adjust pH value to 5.0 – 5.4 Properties Viscosity (Brookfield: Helipath TE; Speed 10): approx. 60,000 mPas Centrifuge (4,000 rpm, 10 min): no separationNotes:
