Preparation:
- Slowly disperse Carbopol 940 into the water while mixing. Once the carbopol is completely hydrated, slowly add triethanolamine and continue mixing until gel is formed When gel is formed, slowly add Luviset clear and continue mixing until the batch is homogeneous.
- Add ingredients of Phase B one at a time and continue mixing unitl the batch is homogeneous.
- Combine Phase C and add to A-B mixture.
- Fill into appropriate containers
