Preparation:

1. Pre-mix sequence Phase B at ambient temperature. 2. Slowly add in sequence the remaining materials of Phase A into a vortex of water. Start heating the kettle at 78°C. 3. Combine Phase C in a separate kettle,heat to 80°C. 4. When both Phases AB are at right temperature, add Phase B to Phase A. under homomixer. Mix until uniform. 5. Slowly add in sequence the pre-mixed Phase B into the batch, while homomixing it. 6. Switch to propeller mixing. 7. Cool to 25°C, then add Phase D to the batch. 8. Keep in a suitable containers.
