Preparation:
1. Add Emusil® WO-5116 and InnoSil 904 to a suitable vessel containing side sweep agitation. 2. Add the Emulsil® S-397 and InnoSil 1880-OH. Mix until uniform. 3 In a separate vessel, mix together the aqua and sodium chloride. Mix until uniform. 4. Add phase (B) to phase (A) with adequate agitation and until completely uniform. 5. Homogenize to obtain uniform droplet size.Notes:
Good to formulate Easy to formulate with Innospec’s range of silicone blends as this formulation is a cold mix formula. Emulsil® WO-5116 is formulated in this cream as a water-in-silicone emulsion and to provide water resistance. This cream can be used as a suggested starting point for light cream products such as face care, sun care, foundations, any other type of application that requires a light cream and water resistance. Tips and tricks for usage Rub a small amount into desired area and enjoy the hydrating, matte effect.
