Preparation:

Weigh Part A. Weigh Part B and mix. Pour Part B into Part A with rotor stator stirring (s=500 rpm). Weigh and add Part C into Part A+B, homogenise well. Weigh and add Part D to the previous part, homogenise well. Weigh and add Part E to the previous part, homogenise well. Weigh and add Part F to the previous part, homogenise well. Weigh Part G, homogenise well. Weigh Part H, homogenise well. Pour Part H into to Part G, homogenise well. Add Part G+H to the previous part, homogenise well during 1 hour. Adjust pH above 5.70 with Part I, homogenise well.

Appearance: White Jelly emulsion; pH: 5.70± 0.5; Viscosity: 250.000 ± 10% Sp.93, 2.5rpm, 1 min, 25°C, Brookfield DV-I Prime Stability: 3 months at 4°C, 25°C, 40°C and 1 month at 50°C Centrifugue 10min @ 3000rpm and 1 x -80ºC/+25ºC 24 hour freeze-thaw cycle and autoclave 20min @120°C
