Preparation:Manufacturing Procedure: 1. Heat A and B up to 70°C. Keep A at 70°C under medium stirring for 20 minutes to hydrate phospholipids. 2. Add B into A under maximum stirring and maintain stirring rate for 5 minutes to emulsify. 3. Cool down under medium stirring. 4. Add C below 40°C. 5. Adjust the pH if necessary.
