Preparation:
1. Homogenize Phase A in the main vessel. 2. At 25°C, sprinkle in Phase B and homogenize during 10 minutes until homogeneous. 3. At 25°C, prepare Phase C in a side beaker, homogenize until homogeneous. Sprinkle in Phase D and mix well until homogeneous. 4. At 25°C, add Phase C + D in the main vessel and mix until homogeneous. 5. At 25°C, add Phase E in the main vessel and mix until homogeneous. 6. At 25°C, add Phase F in the main vessel and mix until homogeneous. 7. Stop at 25°C.Notes:
Typical Properties Appearance: Light blue cream gel pH: 5.3 – 5.8 Viscosity (D0): 80,000 – 130,000 cps (Brookfield RVT/Spindle C/5 rpm/1 minute/25°C) This formula has passed 3-month accelerated lab stabilities and a 28-day challenge efficacy test.
