Preparation:
1. Add Hydroxyethylcellulose to the water, after fully hydrate heat to 75ºC and add remaining ingredients of phase A. 2. Combine phase B ingredients and heat to 80ºC. Add phase B to phase A and homogenize until smooth emulsion is formed. Start cooling under propeller agitation. 3. Cool the batch to 40ºC, add phase C ingredients individually.
