Preparation:

1. Heat phase A to 80°C. Add SeaPure™ Agarose, and mix until fully dissolved in water. 2. Sprinkle Carbopol into Phase A, mix until fully dispersed in water, and begin to cool to room temperature under stirring. 3. Add Phase B to Phase A at 45° C. 4. Add Phase C to mixture.
