Preparation:

Mix Phase A together using an overhead prop mixer (main tank). 2 Disperse Phase B into Phase A. 3 As Phase AB develops viscosity, add Phase C to Phase AB and mix well 4 Pre-slurry Phase E together and hold for step 6 5 Add the ingredients of Phase D in the order given in the formulation, mix well in between each ingredient addition. 6 Add Phase E to Phase ABCD and mix well until uniform 7 Add the ingredients of Phase F in the order given in the formulation, mix well in between each ingredient addition. 8 Make sure batch is uniform and chunk-free, homogenize if necessary 9 Make final property checks for appearance, viscosity, and pH at room temperature
