Preparation:
1. Mix Sequence #1 ingredients at 80?C with medium speed propeller stirring until dispersed. 2. Heat Sequence #2 to 80°C, then add to Sequence #1 under propeller mixer. Mix for 15 minutes or until the emulsification is completed. 4. Remove from heat and add Sequence #3 to main vessel, batch will thicken slightly. 5. When batch is below 60°C add Sequence #4, and #5 with mixing and continue cooling. 6. Shutdown mixing when batch reaches 32°C.Notes:
