Preparation:
1. Heat phases A and B separately up to 80°C. 2. Disperse B1 in B. Emulsify phase A into phase B while stirring. Homogenize for 1-2 min. using an Ultra Turrax. 3. Cool down to 40°C and add premix of phase C and ingredients of phase D. 4. Adjust pH value to pH 4.0 – 5.0 and cool down to room-temperatureNotes:
