Preparation:
Phase A: disperse the Optasense™ G83 in water without stirring and allow to swell for 30 minutes. Weigh and mix phase B. Pour phase A into phase B and then heat to 75°C in bain-marie. Heat phase C to 75°C in bain-marie. Combine phase D with phase C and homogenise well. When phase A+B has reached 75°C, pour phase C+D with helix stirring (quick speed: 1000 rpm). Add phase E to phase A+B+C+D at around 65°C and homogenise well. Adjust pH to 6.00 with phase F at around 35°C, mix and homogenise well. Weigh phase G and mix it into the emulsion. Homogenise well.
