Preparation:

Add 1 to a vessel, start mixing and disperse 2 in 1. When fully dissolved add 3 and continue mixing this water phase until fully hydrated. Add 4 – 8 to another vessel and start center-stir (prop) mixing and heating. Stop heating at 75°C and add 9, 10 and then 11. When fully dissolved add 12 and 13 and continue mixing this oil phase until homogeneous. Place 40% of water phase (1-3) in the main vessel, start mixing, add 14, and heat to 65°C. Switch to homogenization, add oil phase (4-13) and, when emulsion is fully formed, slowly (over a minute or more) add remainder of water phase. Switch to center-stir (prop) mixing and start cooling. In another vessel combine 15 and 16 and, when homogeneous, add to the main vessel when its contents are below 50°C. Add 17, then 18, and then 19 to the main vessel, and when uniform and smooth, compensate for any water loss. When again uniform, perform final quality assurance checks and package product.
