Record attendance at UK show

The UK Society of Cosmetic Scientists (SCS) announced attendance details from their annual event in the UK last year, which took place at the Ricoh Arena in the heart of the UK in November.

Attendance data indicates that in addition to enhancing the features of SCS Formulate, the new venue made a significant impact to the outcome, drawing a record attendance over the two day period. The SCS was delighted that the move to the Ricoh Arena seems to have been well received by many visitors and exhibitors. Feedback on site indicated that accessibility appeared to be a key issue for many attendees. Table 1 shows a breakdown of the overall attendance figures over the years. After the event, the SCS undertook a detailed survey of attendees. Here is a summary of the main outcomes of the attendee feedback.
