Fighting inflammation

Inflammation of the skin increases with age; continuously and silently. It accelerates the formation of fine lines and wrinkles, as well as puffiness, sagging, blotchiness or reddening of the skin. The term “inflamm’aging” describes this close relationship between inflammation and ageing.

MAXnolia, a new product from Mibelle launched this month,  inhibits the activation of NF-?B,  a key mediator  in this inflammatory process responsible for intrinsic skin ageing.

Mibelle claims, the new product:

• Protects skin against chronic inflammation
• Neutralises internal aging factors
• Reduces skin redness

MAXnolia is based on a premium bark extract of magnolia. Magnolia bark contains 2 pharmacologically active substances called magnolol and honokiol, which synergistically inhibit the inflammatory and ageing processes. MAXnolia helps to extend skin's youthful appearance.
