French cosmetic formulation and regulatory software provider Coptis has appointed Roland de Heere as chief executive officer.
De Heere brings over a decade of experience in leadership, strategic planning, and operational management across multiple industries.
Prior to joining Coptis, de Heere was the Paris-based chief operating officer of on-demand delivery digital platform provider Redspher.
He was also chief executive officer of Paris e-commerce and logistics player Upela.
Coptis said de Heere’s “deep understanding of technology, customer-centric approaches, and operational excellence” positions him to lead Coptis into a “new era, strengthening its impact on the cosmetics industry through cutting-edge solutions.”
De Heere added: “In 2025, our goal is to strengthen our commitment to our customers. We aspire for Coptis to be more than just a tool – a true partner in optimizing your R&D processes.
“Our ambition is to provide cosmetic laboratories with solutions that save time, reduce constraints, and allow you to focus on what matters most, innovation.
“Together, we will continue to push boundaries and write this inspiring story, overcoming every challenge the future holds.”
De Heere takes over from Jonathan Coeur, who assumed the role of deputy chief executive officer in 2021.
