Eurofragance has appointed its first ever master perfumers to underline the importance of their experience and talent within the Spanish fragrance house.
Olaf Larsen, Belén Garcia and Isabel Gil Trujillo (pictured, left to right), boast around 70 years of combined experience at the Barcelona company.
Eurofragance said becoming a master perfumer means reaching the pinnacle of the art of perfumery, and results from a combination of talent, in-depth knowledge and innovative vision.
“Recognizing Belén, Isabel and Olaf as master perfumers is our way of expressing gratitude for their passion and dedication, which contribute so much to the company and the world of fragrances,” said Rebeca Jardón, chief people officer of Eurofragance.
“Their work is essential for our continued growth and for staying at the forefront of innovation.
“Furthermore, this recognition is not only a source of pride for Eurofragance, but also a testament to our commitment to recognizing the talent of our teams and the development of our professionals globally.”
Training to become a perfumer is a major challenge that Eurofragance addresses through its Perfumery Academy, which follows its own proprietary and proven methodology.
“In this way, the company nurtures the talent and creativity that define its fragrances, ensuring that each perfume reflects over 30 years of passion and expertise,” it said.
