At in-cosmetics Asia 2024, Dow Personal Care is launching two new silicone resin film former - DOWSIL™ MQ-1610 ID Resin and DOWSIL™ MQ-1650 ID Resin. Both are high active content silicone resin film former in Isododecane, offer long-lasting performance with water and sebum resistant benefits. In addition, DOWSIL™ MQ-1650 ID Resin enables comfortable to wear in sun protection and color cosmetics applications.
