Registration opens for in-cosmetics Asia 2024

The organiser of the in-cosmetics Asia personal care ingredients trade show has opened registration for this year’s event in Thailand.

Taking place at BITEC, Bangkok on 5-7 November, this year's edition will mark the largest exhibitor participation in its 15-year history.

The event will welcome over 600 exhibitors, including some of the top 20 most influential companies in the personal care industry.

Attendees will have the opportunity to explore innovations from globally recognised leaders such as Ashland, Croda, DSM-Firmenich, Evonik and Clariant, among others.

These industry giants will be showcasing their latest advancements alongside a predicted 100+ promising new exhibitors.

This year, in-cosmetics Asia will debut The Cosmetic Conference, a new platform developed in collaboration with the International Federation of Societies of Cosmetic Scientists (IFSCC).

Running from 5-6 November and sponsored by DSM-Firmenich, the conference will feature presentations from industry leaders such as L’Oréal, Shiseido, A*Star Skin Research Labs, Formulae 8, and Shieling Laboratories, offering attendees a unique chance to dive deep into the science that is redefining the future of beauty in the APAC region.

Also new is the ‘9 Faces of the APAC Beauty Industry 2024’, supported by Personal Care Global magazine, a new initiative to honour nine innovators, changemakers, and unsung heroes for their significant contributions to the region's beauty industry.

The winners, chosen by a panel of judges, will be honoured at the event, receiving official certificates during the in-cosmetics Asia Awards ceremony.

In addition, these distinguished individuals will be treated to exclusive experiences, including complimentary VVIP passes, access to the VIP Lounge and Technical Seminars, as well as reserved seating at The Cosmetic Conference and Marketing Trends Theatre sessions.

Meanwhile, innovation will take centre stage at in-cosmetics Asia 2024, where more than 100 brand-new ingredients - all launched within the past eight months - will be showcased in the Innovation Zone.

This is the largest number of new product developments ever featured at the event, offering a first look at the technologies and formulations that will define the next generation of beauty products.

In addition, the Marketing Trends Theatre will return with a more diverse and comprehensive agenda than ever before.

Attendees will explore topics such as five game-changing beauty trends in China, ten ways AI is transforming the personal care industry, insights into K-Beauty, south-east Asia market trends, the rise of live-streaming commerce, the beauty priorities of Gen A to Z, and much more.

“in-cosmetics Asia 2024 is not just an exhibition – it’s a catalyst for innovation and a celebration of the community that drives the APAC beauty industry forward,” said event director Sarah Gibson.

“By introducing the 9 Faces of the APAC Beauty Industry initiative and granting free access to The Cosmetic Conference, we're making sure that knowledge and insights are accessible to all, empowering the entire R&D community to shape the future of APAC beauty in ways we’ve never seen before,” she added.
