The UK Cosmetic, Toiletry and Perfumery Association (CTPA) has relaunched its online Cosmetics Masterclass course.
Run by CTPA’s expert Regulation and Science teams, the CTPA Cosmetics Masterclass is a member-only and free resource that provides an overview of the UK and EU regulatory frameworks and highlights how to access CTPA’s resources.
The course provides up-to-date information and developments relevant to the cosmetics and personal care industry in interactive, video format.
The Masterclass is aimed at people who are either new to the cosmetics and personal care industry or would like a refresher on the regulatory principles for placing a cosmetic product on the UK and EU markets from a regulatory, manufacturing, NPD, sustainability or marketing perspective.
By completing this online course, participants will be equipped with the tools and knowledge to help maximise their time, whilst tackling the specific issues and challenges faced in their daily work.
“I am delighted that CTPA has relaunched its popular ‘Cosmetics Masterclass’ e-learning course,” said CTPA director-general Dr Emma Meredith.
“In an ever-changing regulatory landscape, this course provides member companies access to CTPA’s expertise on UK and EU legislation, which regulate the safe use of cosmetic ingredients and finished cosmetic products, fostering high standards across the industry,” she added.
A member-only resource, the Masterclass can be accessed via the CTPA’s Online Learning Platform, which also contains a wealth of training courses and webinars available for download.
