Lubrizol Life Science Beauty (LLS Beauty) has revealed its in-cosmetics Global showcase in Paris this month, including several new ingredients and educational sessions.
Attendees are invited to stop by stand 1J30 for a live demo and unveiling of a new Carbopol polymer that fuses performance with what is said to be an unprecedented level of biodegradability.
Visitors can also have an in-booth “home, sweet home” customer experience with its BeautyPersonas Next Gen concept crafted to empower consumer choices in beauty and help brands target their needs.
“This vision of the next beauty consumer profiles is brought to life in a new collection that features inclusive and diversified beauty solutions with ingenious textures, science-backed claims and proofs of sustainability performance targeting the needs of each consumer persona,” said an LLS Beauty spokeswoman.
Attendees will also get a first look at a new biotechnological active ingredient that helps counteract skin inflammation, leaving even the most sensitive skin calmed, soothed, healthy, luminous and younger-looking.
Additional novelties to be featured at the booth include Chromatic Rules, a makeup collection for non-conformists that pushes sustainable makeup to the limit with performance tests and captivating textures.
Meanwhile, Sensomer Tara is a multifunctional, natural film former and thickener suitable for skin care and hair care applications.
In addition, the LLS Beauty team will be sharing skin, hair and cleansing ingredients that provide environmental care in the Sustainability Zone and present several educational sessions.
These include ‘Dive into a new skin cleansing era with the brand-new sustainable rheology modifier’ (16 April at 13:30); ‘An Evolution Towards Biodegradable Rheology Modifiers’ (16 April at 14:10); ‘New biotechnological ingredient innovation to nourish sensitive skin and defy aging’ (17 April at 11:20); and ‘How Lubrizol science delivers sustainable solutions to improve well-being’ (18 April at 14:30).
