US personal care ingredient maker P2 Science has appointed a trio of senior executives to its commercial team to drive expansion.
They are Kate Drummond, vice-president of marketing and business development; Jeff Parker, vice-president of sales; and Aaron Peterson, director of West Coast sales.
With nine years at BASF in a variety of roles and industries, most recently heading marketing for the North America Personal Care business, Drummond (pictured, centre) is charged with leading the strategy for expansion of P2’s proprietary technology platforms across industries.
Drummond brings additional experience in non-profit environmental advocacy and government relations, prior to earning her MBA at the University of Michigan.
Meanwhile, Parker (pictured, right) is responsible for leading sales initiatives and cultivating strategic partnerships to accelerate revenue growth across key markets.
His most recent experience was at IMCD in principal management, and he previously led the North American sales team at BASF Personal Care.
Finally, Peterson (pictured, left) joins P2 focusing on developing the personal care market for P2’s chemistries on the west coast of the US.
Peterson, who has over 20 years of experience between the lab and sales spanning personal care, colour cosmetics, and nutraceuticals, most recently served as manager for Intermountain and Midwest regional sales at Barnet Corporation.
“We are thrilled to welcome such a talented group of individuals to lead our commercial efforts,” said CEO Oihana Elizalde.
“Their collective expertise and passion for P2’s mission positions us to immediately capitalize on our positive momentum,” she added.
“The P2 team has established a reputation as a bold innovator and we are ready to grow to the next level.”
