Royal Society of Chemistry Sustainability in Personal Care seminar rescheduled

The Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC) has rescheduled its Sustainability in Personal Care seminar in London to 12 April due to a train strike.

The one-day event at Burlington House in Mayfair will feature presentations from Symrise, Innospec and Lake Chemicals.

Also participating at the seminar, which is open to non-RSC members, are Oat Cosmetic, Rettenmaier and Azelis.

In addition, Sustainability in Personal Care will feature exhibitors and posters.

“There is growing pressure on formulators and manufactures to use ingredients from sustainable and ethical sources. There is also a drive to use less water and packaging,” said Dr Cuross Bakhtiar, chairman of the event.

“This face to face meeting will cover this ever-changing area and focus on new formulations and materials,” he added.

The registration page can be found at https://www.rsc.org/events/detail/75679/sustainable-innovation-in-personal-care.
