Italian personal care ingredient developer Roelmi HPC has won a Best Managed Companies Italia award, a prize for entrepreneurial excellence promoted by Deloitte Private.
In awarding the prize, seven success factors were evaluated: strategy, skills and innovation, commitment and corporate culture, governance and performance measurement, sustainability, supply chain and internationalization.
“We are taking the stage for the first year and it is truly a great satisfaction for us. We would like to extend our congratulations to all our colleagues, customers and partners around the world: if Roelmi HPC was able to achieve this goal, it is thanks to the daily commitment of all,” said CEO Rosella Malanchin.
The fifth edition of the Best Managed Companies Award is also promoted by ALTIS Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, ELITE-Gruppo Euronext and Confindustria Piccola Industria.
Ernesto Lanzillo, Deloitte Partner and Deloitte Private Leader, and Andrea Restelli, Deloitte Partner and BMC Head for Italy added: “This edition, like the one in 2021, took place in a difficult context, marked not only by the continuing effects of the pandemic, but also by the eruption of a war scenario that has had serious repercussions on companies: from supply chain disruptions to the price of raw materials, from the energy crisis to the food crisis, with inflation rates reaching record levels.
“Even in this challenging context, the award-winning companies have shown the ability to adapt, have innovated and have continued to be a banner of excellence, demonstrating the strength and great potential of Made in Italy entrepreneurship”.
