Grant Industries’ speciality natural actives subsidiary BCR Ingredients has appointed Jim Palmadesso to its newly created vice president of sales role.
Palmadesso is a 23-year industry veteran with a proven track record of sales success and joins BCR Ingredients after stops at 3V Signma, Sensient and Rita.
Grant Industries said he will bring the leadership, market knowledge and strategy execution necessary to grow BCR in key markets around the world.
“Jim’s responsibilities will be to coordinate our domestic sales efforts as well as developing and expanding our foreign sales with our global distribution partner IMCD. I wish him all the best for success and look forward to working with him for many years to come,” added Grant Industries president Thomas J. Hrubec.

BCR Ingredients’ offer includes BCR fermentation technology, which is designed to deliver micronutrients designed to support the skin’s microbiome.
BioTransformation extraction technology uses plant derived enzymes to simplify complex botanical actives so they are more easily assimilated by the skin, allowing for the use of minimal plant material with maximum results.
