BRB will continue to showcase the benefits of its latest silicone portfolio as well as new formulations based on novel concepts at NYSCC Suppliers’ Day in New York on 3-4 May.
The company will present the concept of Smart Beauty – minimizing the impact on the environment and maximizing results on your formula.
The concept is focused on three major principles: minimalism, via using fewer ingredients; multi-purpose, so one product can be used for different applications; and responsible formulas, through highly efficient ingredients or energy saving manufacturing processes.
Based on this concept, BRB has developed four new formulas:
• Moisturizing Body Cream Cleanser (with BRB 2835 and 2836).
• Vegan Cleansing Oil (with BRB DM 55 and Caprylyl Methicone).
• Silky Curl Defining Cream (with BRB 1860 and PTM 20).
• Audacious Lipstick (with BRB 2836, Caprylyl Methicone, TMS-50I and PMS-5).
“We can still be environmental-friendly and protect our planet even when using silicones within a product,” a spokesman said.
“Silicones will enhance the personal care formulations, both in term of efficacy and sensory,” he added.
