Friendly Chemical relocates

Friendly Chemical, a producer of eco-friendly personal care and other products, has moved to a new 930 m2 production facility in Skipton, UK. This, the company said, is the result of rapidly rising demand from major retailers.

Young entrepreneurs Emma Tapper and Scott Rudd established the company from their garage in 2017. It claims to be one of the only manufacturers in the UK to operate on a closed loop system, in which they collect empty packaging from customers, then clean and refill on the production line via a network of refill stations. The firm is on track for revenues of £3 million in the current fiscal year.
