Clariant expands digital capabilities

Leading into NYSCC Suppliers’ Day, Clariant announced the launch of its free digital portal Clarihub, in which the Clariant Personal Care division is strongly represented

Clariant said that Clarihub “helps us to respond immediately to customer needs, providing real time ingredient data, 24/7 access to documents and ingredient related information such as MSDS and TDS files, ecolabel information, trend reports, webinars and ingredient selection tools to inspire new formulations”.

Among the key personal care features are:

  • BeautyForward 5, the company’s global trend platform for personal care, in which relevant trends are identified and quantified through market research, then curated into kits and supporting materials to bring them to life through Clariant ingredients
  • A virtual tour of the North American Consumer Care Innovation Centre in New Providence, New Jersey
  • Clariant’s Formulation Studio, showcasing creations from the Innovation Centre in New Jersey using our innovative ingredients

“From an explosion in market digitalisation, to the growing demand for new textures and formats, consumers are seeking quick and effective solutions for their ever-evolving needs,” Clariant said. These demands stem from many things, “from e-commerce and tech tools that help customers get to market more quickly, to sustainable and innovative product formats with enabling ingredient technologies”.
