Azelis’s distribution agreement with Merck KGaAs’s Surface Solutions business unit is to be extended from Vietnam to Australia, New Zealand and Indonesia. This covers Merck’s range of effect pigments, functional materials and cosmetic ingredients for uses in personal are and many other industries.
To ensure business continuity and enhance services to customers, all activities and employees of Surface Solutions in Indonesia and Australia will now become part of Azelis. The company said that the agreement “underscores Azelis’ commitment to organically grow with its key partners in Asia Pacific”, where it will now be present in 12 countries.
