Mane Kancor Ingredients, an Indian specialist in spice extracts has opened a new 2,200 m2 innovation centre at its Angamaly campus in Kochi with a virtual ceremony that was addressed by MANE CEO Jean Mane.
While mainly focusing on the culinary sector, this will also have capabilities in personal care ingredients and nutraceutical products.
The facility integrates all the research activities and product development initiatives in one comprehensive site with the support of analytical teams and advanced technologies. Features include dedicated areas for sophisticated analytical instruments and storage for raw materials, solvents, control samples, sample preparation and pilot facilities, as well as a sensory evaluation room.
