Ringier Award for Vantage

Vantage’s newly launched Liponate Jojoba 20 won the Most Effective Ingredient category at the Ringier Technology Innovation Awards for 2021

Vantage’s newly launched Liponate Jojoba 20 won the Most Effective Ingredient category at the Ringier Technology Innovation Awards for 2021. The company said that this “recognises our commitment to Green Chemistry to develop a functional ingredient that combines both significant benefits to skin barrier repair and unique traceability as part of our From Farms to Formulations”.

Liponate Jojoba 20 is a COSMOS-certified, multi-functional, oil-free emollient that is claimed to deliver sustained hydration and also contribute to restoring skin barrier and protecting hair. It “significantly improves the sensorial profile of a formulation to deliver a great experience in natural formulations”, the company added.

Vantage itself is fully integrated into jojoba oil, which it says guarantees best-in-class quality of jojoba esters on the market and complete supply security. The new product is part of its SenseID sensorial platform, which uses its expertise with jojoba derivatives and sensorial ingredients to enable formulators to develop products with a better sensorial experience.

The Ringier Awards date back to 2006 and recognise companies who have made significant contribution in China in multiple industries, including personal care and cosmetics. Their aim is to “encourage, acknowledge and reward individuals and companies who have developed new ideas, methodologies, products or technologies to improve the industries with greater energy saving and cost reduction”.
