in-cosmetics 2013 makes its return to Paris on 16-18 April with its 22nd show that promises to be the biggest and best yet. With over 600 exhibitors expected to attend, visitors will have unrivalled access to all the latest innovations in the cosmetics and personal care industry.
In addition to show features such as the Marketing Trends, Innovation Zone, Innovation Seminars and Workshops, next year’s event will also launch some exciting new features.
Discover the H2O trail
in-cosmetics 2013 has revealed that its show theme is H2O. The theme encompasses three areas in which H2O is integral to cosmetics, covering water used in the production of cosmetics and personal care products (water footprint); water in formulation, both as an active and as a functional ingredient; and water in the skin and hair for hydration. Participating exhibitors will showcase water projects on their stands using H2O branded plinths, so that visitors can easily identify the trail when on the show floor. Projects will include new formulation concepts and ingredients, as well as new technologies designed to improve the water footprint of the industry. Mintel Beauty and Personal Care will also participate in the show theme, with a dedicated area in the Innovation Zone featuring innovative beauty products where water is a key focus – either in formulation or product description. Two panel discussions will also be held as part of the Marketing Trends programme to stimulate discussion about the theme.
