Preparation:

In secondary vessel combine 1-5, start mixing, add 6 & 7, heat to 95°C, and then add 8-11, in order, to this oil phase. To the main vessel add 12, start mixing, add 13 and heat to 90°C. Meanwhile, in a separate vessel combine 14, 15 and 16 and mix to homogeneity. In another vessel, disperse 18 in 17 and maintain in suspension. In yet another vessel combine, in order, with continued mixing until a homogeneous solution, 19-21. When oil and water phases are uniform and at the defined temperatures, add 22 to the oil phase, mix well, and then add the oil phase to the water phase with strong mixing without aeration. Remove from heat. After ten minutes, start homogenizing and add the dispersion of 18 in 17. After homogenizing for ten minutes, stop homogenizing, start sweep mixing, and continue cooling batch. Add solution of 14-16, then solution of 19-21, then 23, and finally add 24. Add water if necessary to correct for evaporative losses. Stop cooling and mixing when homogeneous and at desired filling temperature. Perform quality assurance checks.
