BIOHAND CREME
Hallstar
Preparation:
Heat phase A to 80°C. Heat phase B, separately, to 75°C. (Let Xanthan Gum swell in water and heat slowly to 75°C. As it nears target temperature, add the rest of the phase B ingredients). Emulsify phase A into phase B until homologous and then cool. Starting at 50°C in the cooling process; shut homogeniser off and switch to a sidewipe and prop if possible (sidewipe will be sufficient by itself if not). Add phase C at 40°C. Phase D should be mixed together thoroughly, as a sub-phase, after Cremophor has been warmed until clear. Add to combined phase ABC while mixing thoroughly. Cool to room temperature.Notes:
