Preparation:

Phase A: Melt waxes and oils at about 100°C. Add phase B and homogenise briefly with a stirrer, use the rotor/stator just for 1 minute. Evacuate to remove bubbles. Cool to about 78°C and pour in metal moulds. Cool about 5 minutes at 25°C and another 5-8 minutes at about 4-8°C and remove from the form.
