Preparation:
Weight in all ingredients for the oil phase and heat up to approx. 80 °C. Add the Carbopol into the aqueos phase without the triethanolamine. Add the aqueous phase into the oilphase within 10 minutes to the oil phase. Hold the temperature at 70 °C in minimum. Cool the mixture down to 50 - 60 °C nad homogenize it with a rotor / stator system at 10'000 rpm for two minutes. Add the triethanolamine and check the pH value. The pH value has to be between 6.5 and 7.0. The emulsion can be bottled after cooling down to 25 °C.Disclaimer
