Preparation:
Phase A: Mix ingredients and adjust pH to 5.1–5.3 with citric acid. Heat up to 80°C. Heat phase B up to 80°C and add phase C and verify the complete dispersion of pigments. Emulsify phase A slowly into combined phase BC under stirring. Homogenise for 2-5 minutes using an Ultra Turrax. Cool down to 32°C and add phase D under stirring.Notes:
Properties Appearance: White soft cream. Viscosity: Approx. 30000 mPa·s (Brookfield: Spin 6; Speed 10) Centrifugation (10 min., 5.000 rpm): No separation. Microbiological stability: Proven.
