Preparation:
Heat phase A up to 78°C and disperse phase B. Heat phase C up to 78°C and emulsify into combined phase AB under stirring. Homogenise for 1-2 minutes using an Ultra Turrax. Start to cool down under medium stirring. Add phases D, E and F below 40°C and cool down to 30°C under stirring. Adjust pH value if necessary.Notes:
Properties Appearance: Soft light brown emulsion. pH: 5.2–5.5.
