Procedure 1. Heat sequence # 1 to 78-80°C with propeller mixing. 2. Add sequence # 2 to sequence # 1 and begin cooling. 3. Add sequence # 3 ingredients to batch in order of addition. 4. Add sequence # 4 to batch. 5. Cool to 35°C and add sequence # 5 to batch. 6. Cool to room temperature and add sequence # 6 to batch.Disclaimer
