The resulting water-in-oil product provides protection against harmful UV-A and UV-B sun rays.The inclusion of LEXOREZ® 200 will help to trap the sunscreen actives in the outermost layers of the stratum corneum where they will be most effective and least irritating while creating an even film on the skin.The formula applies easily and leaves a non-greasy film on the skin.The resultant sunscreen is designed to remain effective after sweating in the sun, rubbing with a towel or swimming in water.

Preparation:

Procedure: 1. Combine phases “A” and “B” separately. 2. Heat phase “A” to 60-65°C. 3. Heat phase “B” to 75°C. 4. Add “A” to “B” and maintain at 70-75°C for 10 min before allowing to cool to room temperature.
