Preparation:

Heat phase A ingredients to 80°C. When they become uniform add phase B and homogenise for 1 minute. Heat phase C to about 80°C and stir into combined phase AB while homogenising. Stir in phase D and homogenise. Cool to about 40°C then add phase E and stir until uniform.
